Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after they are placed, unless stated otherwise during product launch or preorder. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be slightly longer during product drops or high-demand seasons.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Meraki is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Any claims for lost or stolen packages should be filed directly with the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If you realize there’s an issue with your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at m3rakibrand@gmail.com — we’ll try our best to help before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. Free shipping promotions will be announced through our website or SMS list.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. We do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages or delivery refusal.

During limited releases or high-volume drops, please allow extra time for your order to be fulfilled. We appreciate your patience and support for Meraki.
